Info
Your firm's entire archive. Organized, polished, pitch-ready.
Built originally in Sweden. Trusted by architects who'd rather design than hunt for files.
The Problem
Architects are creatives who despise admin.
Between site visits, client meetings, consultant coordination, and actual design work — there's no time to catalogue what you've already produced. Hard drives accumulate years of photos, renders, PDFs, whiteboard snaps, material swatches, phone pictures from site inspections. Everything scattered. Nothing retrievable when it matters.
Stalled pitches while someone frantically digs through folders. Forgotten materials. Lost evidence. Knowledge trapped in one departing partner's laptop drawer.
Sound familiar?
The Solution
ArkitektDeck fixes content debt.
Your team dumps everything into an Everything Bucket every Friday afternoon. Phone photos, post-it notes photographed on a phone, renders, PDFs, Word docs, swatch files, supplier brochures, site videos, audio recordings. Anything sensitive stays in a separate folder untouched.
I curate, cull, organize, and optimize. You get a branded gallery at deck.yourfirm.com — clean, minimal, instantaneous.
Done.
Nothing else required from your team. No logins. No tagging. No learning curves. Just the Friday dump and the result appears.
Try It First
Send me twenty mixed files from an active project:
- Phone site photos
- DSLR/editorial shots
- PDFs (inspection reports, specs)
- A short video walkthrough
- Audio recording (meeting notes, site observations)
- Renders
- Material swatch scans
Whatever's realistic for your workflow. Roughly equal mix of good and mediocre quality — I'll demonstrate my curation by selecting only the best. Duplicate frames? I keep one. Blurry flash shots from across a dark room? Gone. Every image in the result meets gallery-standard quality.
Turnaround: 48 hours.
You'll see exactly what I do with real material from your practice. Curated. Polished. Organized.
If you like what you see, we move to full onboarding with your branding. If not, no hard feelings.
Why No Search Bar?
Because search is unreliable under pressure.
Type "black steel railing" during a client pitch and the algorithm returns stale variations, misses what you actually need, and stalls your momentum. An archive isn't a database. It's a collection. Collections are browsed, not queried.
Instead of typing keywords into a blind spot, ArkitektDeck gives you clean, intelligent indices:
Click any material name — terrazzo, cedar slats, powder-coated aluminum — and see every photo across every project featuring it.
Click any room and watch its evolution from concept sketch to completed build.
Click any phase and track progress from demolition through handover.
Label → gallery. Instant. Predictable. Boardroom-proof.
Fast. Certain. No hesitation.
What You Get
A Branded Gallery
Hosted at your own subdomain. Colored to your palette. Logo integrated subtly. Looks like yours. Feels like yours. Acts like your desktop — just faster.
Polished Images
Every photo is treated professionally. Walls straightened. Colors corrected so the same marble countertop looks identical whether shot on an iPhone at 9pm or by a commissioned photographer in daylight. Site photos sharpened tastefully — indistinguishable from editorial renders.
Full-Screen Slideshow Mode
Tap any photo. Swipe through the gallery fullscreen on mobile or tablet. Pure viewing. No menus. No buttons. No distractions. Just your work, projected confidently on any screen.
Browser Document Viewer
PDFs, DOCs, TIFFs, PSDs — viewable directly in the browser. No downloads. No opening applications. Consultants and subcontractors click a link, browse the inspection report or structural drawing, approve digitally, done.
Zip and send entire handover folders in seconds.
360° Panoramic Tours
Viewable directly in the browser. No plugins. No downloads. Immersive walkthroughs of completed spaces.
Self-Hosted Video Walkthroughs
Upload video tours directly. Play instantly. No buffering from external hosts.
Audio Attachments
MP3 recordings attach natively to projects. Transcribed versions available for accessibility. Meeting notes captured on-site, preserved with context.
Legal Evidence Vault
Timestamped photos with embedded EXIF data — what was behind walls, under floors, before it was covered. During construction disputes, defect claims, or compliance audits, having organized, chronological photographic proof of what exists and when fundamentally shifts leverage.
Insurance companies hate defending firms with poor documentation. This solves that.
How It Works
Step 1 — Brand Package
Send me your logo, hex codes, font preferences, and any brand guidelines. I build your branded instance around these. Your deck looks like yours from day one.
Take however long you need to get it right.
Step 2 — Everything Bucket Setup
Set up an Everything Bucket on your preferred cloud — Google Drive, Dropbox, or anywhere else. Move contracts, budgets, fee proposals, or commercial correspondence into a separate Legal folder on your own drive. Keep those there permanently. This is just my recommendation — you decide what stays where.
Drop your pilot project files into the bucket alongside a brief document listing materials used, rooms covered, phases completed, and anything specific you want prominently displayed. Accepted files include photos, videos, renders (JPG, PNG, TIFF), PDFs, Word docs, text files, audio recordings, swatch scans, supplier brochures, whiteboard snaps, post-it notes photographed on a phone. Original files only. Renders, not CAD exports. No SketchUp models. No DWGs. No Revit files. Just what people saw and documented.
This becomes your first populated gallery so you see the system in action before committing to ongoing cycles. Test drive. Free. No strings.
Step 3 — Weekly Dumps Begin
Once the pilot gallery is live and you're happy, the Friday dump routine kicks in. Staff drop files into the Everything Bucket. I download, process, and optimize. Gallery updates. Repeat indefinitely.
Anything sensitive stays separate. Always.
Recommendation: retain and back up the Everything Bucket on your end as well. These are your raw records. Mine is the polished output. Both have value.
After I finish processing each batch, I delete the originals from my computer. I don't store copies. Ever.
Project Close — Commercial Documents
At project close, I download the Legal folder directly to encrypted local storage. It never touches the gallery. Never enters the cloud. Lives offline under my secure custody until you instruct otherwise. Accessible only upon direct request from the principal. Kept under lock and key. Deleted when you say the time is right.
Legacy Migration (Optional Add-On)
On slower weeks, I migrate your historical projects into the archive. Ten years of accumulated work, organized by material, room, and phase. Paid separately. Turns dormant backlog into immediate value.
Quarterly Refresh Notes
Automatic summary of what's new since last cycle. Added items, notable additions. Zero effort on your side. Ongoing reinforcement that the archive is alive.
Webmaster Service (Additional Fee)
Don't worry about maintaining your public website either. I'll handle it. Push new projects from the archive to your site automatically — no work for your team. I'm your webmaster, keeping everything current, clean, and live.
Plus, I carve out a dedicated section on your deck for company files, staff photos, articles, media mentions, awards, birthday parties — anything you want to share internally or externally. One hub for your firm's heartbeat.
Single point of contact. Consistent visual language. Your archive powers your public face.
Backup Responsibility
Back up your Everything Bucket for your own records. Storage responsibility remains yours. My processed gallery lives on my infrastructure during active engagement.
End of relationship? I delete my copy. You keep your backup. Everyone walks away clean.
What I See vs What I Handle
I only receive files and briefs you explicitly submit for inclusion in the archive. Contracts, budgets, fee discussions, internal correspondence — I never access these. They stay in your system. Always.
My jurisdiction is visual and documentary content only. What you show me gets organized. What you don't show me stays untouched.
The Cost of Chaos
Imagine losing a major commission because you couldn't find the render from a similar project three years ago. Imagine wasting four hours of senior partner time scrolling through drawers to prove when concrete was poured—or worse, proving it wasn't poured according to spec.
Architects lose deals every day because they can't access their own history. Competitors who can pull up that facade photo in three clicks win the bid. Momentum wins projects. Hesitation loses them.
ArkitektDeck eliminates the hunt.
Every minute saved searching for files is a minute spent designing, closing, or sleeping. Every polished gallery is a chance to impress. Every timestamped photo is leverage in a dispute.
The price of ignorance is steep. The price of certainty is $5,000/month.
Proof of Durability
In 2006, I built a searchable image bank for Sagomuseet—Sweden's Museum of Storytelling & Folklore.
I began with 1,200 photos of Sagabygden, the Land of Legends. Historic buildings, folklore sites, artifacts from across Småland.
The museum employs storytellers who travel internationally—to schools, festivals, conferences—carrying these images to illustrate the tales they tell. My archive became their touring toolkit.
Fifteen years later, they still use it.
They've added a handful of new images since I departed. The system has not been replaced. The photos have not gathered dust. They remain vibrant, accessible, and essential to the museum's mission.
Stories deserve archives that last as long as the tales themselves.
That is the standard you receive.
